Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 fresh pork rib chops (bone-in)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mint (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine marinade ingredients in a large zip-lock bag.

  • Step 2: Add pork chops, seal bag and squish to evenly coat.

  • Step 3: Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

  • Step 4: Then preheat grill over medium heat.

  • Step 5: Remove pork chops from zip-lock bag and discard marinade.

  • Step 6: Grill, covered, for 11-13 minutes or until done, turning once.

  • Step 7: Pork chops are done when slightly pink in center and juices run clear.
