Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
  • 1 pound red grapes (seedless)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup pecan nuts (TOASTED rough-chopped pecans - OPTIONAL)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 375° F.

  • Step 2: On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss the Brussels sprouts and grapes with the oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  • Step 3: Turn the Brussels sprouts cut-side down and roast until golden brown and tender, 20 to 30 minutes. (Check at 20 and 25 minutes!)

  • Step 4: Place roasted Brussels sprouts and grapes on a serving platter. Garnish with optional toasted pecans.
