Step 2: To make the barbecue sauce: saute the bacon in a saucepan over medium heat until crisp and browned (5 minutes). Stir in next 6 ingredients (tomato puree - cumin) and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Stir in turkey and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until turkey is heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: To serve: split and toast rolls. Divide turkey mixture and slaw among the rolls. Press tops down and serve.
