Step 1: In a plastic bag, mix together the Italian dressing, garlic, oregano, onion salt and the red pepper flakes.
Step 2: Add chicken pieces and let sit in refrigerator for at least four hours.
Step 3: In the meantime, drop the tomatoes in a pot of boiling water and let sit until skin loosens. Remove skin and allow cooling.
Step 4: Chop tomato and add to vodka sauce along with the chives and set aside.
Step 5: When chicken has marinated, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 6: Place marinated chicken pieces in an oven-proof baking dish and cover with sauce.
Step 7: Bake for 1 hour, until chicken is cooked through.
Step 8: Remove chicken pieces from sauce and place on a pie plate, skin side up, and return to oven uncovered.
Step 9: Bake for another 15 to 20 minutes or until skin has crisped a bit.
