  • 1 pound chopped carrots
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fancy molasses
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the carrots, oil, garlic, rosemary and salt in a medium bowl

  • Step 2: Pour into a 8” by 8” baking pan, cover with foil and roast in a preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes or until cook through, depending on how thick you chopped the carrots.

  • Step 3: Remove from oven, stir in the molasses and serve.
