  • 2 large bananas (ripe, frozen)
  • 1/3 cup raspberries (frozen, or any other berry you like)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup full-fat yogurt (Greek yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Honey (for extra sweetness, optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the mixture resembles chocolate mousse. Over mixing will result in a thinner consistency- but you can still enjoy it as a cold smoothie if this happens.

  • Step 2: Serve immediately OR place in an airtight container and freeze (stir every hour or so until frozen solid, about 2-3 hours).
