Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 slices bread (white sandwich bread, or bread of your choice)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated (mild)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries (coarsely Chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spread both sides of the bread with butter.

  • Step 2: Combine the cheddar & cranberries.

  • Step 3: Spread dijon on 2 slices of bread.

  • Step 4: Top with the cheese mixture.

  • Step 5: Cover withsecond slice of bread.

  • Step 6: Heat non stick skillet over medium heat.

  • Step 7: Cook the sandwiches, pressing down lightly.

  • Step 8: Flip after apprx 4 minutes or when one side is golden

  • Step 9: Continus cooking until the cheese has melted and both side are golden.
