Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 to 2 pound pork tenderloins (or two 1/2 lb pork tenderloins, trimmed of fat)
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place pork in pan coated with nonstick spray.

  • Step 2: Combine mustard, honey, herbs and pepper and brush on top of pork sparingly.

  • Step 3: Insert meat thermometer and roast at 350°F, basting occasionally, until thermometer reads 160°--about 50-60 minutes.
