Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 110 grams cream cheese (spreadable extra light)
  • 1 garlic clove (finely minced)
  • Mushroom caps (12 medium caps, approximately 6cm with stalks removed)
  • Garlic olive oil flavored cooking spray
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 100 grams prosciutto ham (grilled until crisp and broken into strips)
  • 1 tablespoon chives (chopped for garnish)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the cream cheese and garlic.

  • Step 2: Place the mushrooms on a foil-lined baking tray, stalk side up and spray with the oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Cook under a preheated grill/broiler at medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender and allow to cool slightly.

  • Step 4: Spoon a dollop of the cheese mixture onto the mushrooms and top with the prosciutto and a sprinkle of chives and serve immediately.
