Step 1: Combine the cream cheese and garlic.
Step 2: Place the mushrooms on a foil-lined baking tray, stalk side up and spray with the oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Cook under a preheated grill/broiler at medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender and allow to cool slightly.
Step 4: Spoon a dollop of the cheese mixture onto the mushrooms and top with the prosciutto and a sprinkle of chives and serve immediately.
