Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 pound fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 3 cups chicken broth (bouillon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sauté onion in a medium saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes until soft.

  • Step 2: Add the mushrooms through dill.

  • Step 3: Cover and simmer 15 minutes on medium-low heat.

  • Step 4: Add the bouillon and heat through.

  • Step 5: Season with salt to taste.

  • Step 6: Serve in soup cups each topped with 2 Tbs sour cream.
