  • 1 roast (1 pound) pork (cubed)
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 pounds chicken legs
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 potatoes, chopped
  • Tomato
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 corn ears (cut into 1/3s)
  • 1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 cup dry elbow macaroni

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a large pot. Add pork and onion; cook until browned.
