Step 1: Mix salad dressing and dill together until well mixed. Set aside.
Step 2: In skillet on medium high heat, add olive oil.
Step 3: After oil is hot about 1-2 minutes, add salmon skin side down.
Step 4: Cook for 2 minutes and then flip over. Use a fork to gently remove the skin and discard.
Step 5: Flip the salmon back over and cook for another minute.
Step 6: Add the water to the skillet and quickly cover it with a lid.
Step 7: Steam fish for 2-3 minutes covered and then remove the lid. (Check for desired internal temperature)
Step 8: Drain excess water.
Step 9: Add salad dressing & dill weed mixture to top of fish coating it completely and cook fish uncovered for another 1-2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
