Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound large raw shrimp (deveined and peeled)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons white wine (or dry Vermouth)
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt (for sprinkling)
  • Pepper (for sprinkling)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs (or crushed buttery crackers, i.e., Ritz)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley (chopped)
  • Half a lemon (cut into wedges)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  • Step 2: In a bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, wine, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.

  • Step 3: Pour shrimp mixture into a 13x9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Spread out evenly, and then season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4: In another bowl, use a fork to mix melted butter, bread (or cracker) crumbs, and parsley until well combined. With your fingers, sprinkle the mixture evenly over the shrimp in the baking dish.

  • Step 5: Transfer dish to oven and bake until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 11-14 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE!

  • Step 6: Serve with lemon wedges.

  • Step 7: Add roasted asparagus, and/or a green salad, and call it a meal!
