  • 8 ounces dry ziti pasta
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt, for boiling
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1/4 green onion, diced
  • 1/4 sweet onion, diced
  • 2 ounces pepperoni, quartered
  • 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 can (4 ounce) sliced olives (drained)
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan, optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: Boil pasta per package directions.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, chop up vegetables, pepperoni and cheese.

  • Step 3: Drain pasta, immediately stir in mustard, garlic and seasonings.

  • Step 4: Stir in vegetables, pepperoni, cheese and olives. Sprinkle with parmesan.

  • Step 5: Serve either at room temperature or chilled.
