Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons minute tapioca
  • 2 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 large egg (well beaten)
  • Salt (tiny pinch)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla (added later)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients except vanilla in large microwaveable bowl. Your ingredients should come up no higher than half way, so pudding doesn't boil over.

  • Step 2: Cook at full power in microwave, stirring every 2-3 minutes until mixture comes to a full boil. Should take about 10-12 minutes.

  • Step 3: Stir in vanilla and pour into dessert bowls. Pudding thickens as it cools.
