Step 1: Cut kielbasa in half lengthwise, then into 1/2 slices. Saute in heated skillet with oil until lightly browned.
Step 2: Combine all ingredients except peas into saucepan. Cook uncovered on high until rice comes to a boil, then cover and turn down to low, cooking for 20 minutes. Do not remove lid during this time.
Step 3: Remove from heat. Mix peas in by fluffing rice with a fork. Replace lid and let sit for a few minutes until the peas are warm.
