Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 pounds boneless pork loin chops (6 thick chops)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Seasoning salt, to taste
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs (Italian)
  • 4 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 ounce each) condensed cream of mushroom soup (undilted)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup white wine

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish. Rinse chops, pat dry and season with garlic powder and seasoning salt. Preheat skillet over medium high heat.

  • Step 2: Place flour and eggs in two separate flat bowls. Dredge porkchops lightly in flour, dip in egg, and coat liberally with breadcrumbs.

  • Step 3: Put oil in pan, when hot fry the chops 5 minutes per side or until breading is well browned. Transfer chops to baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 45-60 minutes, depending on thickness of chops.

  • Step 4: Meanwhile, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk and white wine, add at 45 minutes. Replace foil and continue to bake another 30 minutes.
