Step 1: Cook pasta in large pot of salted water until al dente.
Step 2: While pasta is cooking, whisk together eggs, cheese, parsley and salt and pepper.
Step 3: When pasta is almost done, melt butter in large nonstick skilled over medium heat.
Step 4: Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, quickly toss with butter.
Step 5: Add the egg mixture to the skillet and mix together for less than a minute, until the eggs and noodles are creamy and thick. (Use a flat wooden spoon or spatula.)
Step 6: Remove from heat immediately. Do not cook the eggs too long or they will scramble and ruin the dish.
Step 7: Serve immediately.
