  • 12 large eggs (hard boiled)
  • 1/4 cups ham, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon fresh parsley ,chopped
  • 1/8 cup pickle relish
  • Garnish
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut eggs in half taking out yolks. Put whites on plate.

  • Step 2: In bowl, put yolks and ham and herbs and pickle relish; mix.

  • Step 3: Add mayonnaise just enough to moisten.

  • Step 4: Stuff eggs.

  • Step 5: Mix the garnish. Top the eggs with sour cream mixture.
