Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 pound bacon
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 pound dry pasta
  • 2 large eggs (whipped)
  • 1/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese (or Romano cheese)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut the bacon into little pieces, and cook in the butter until clear.

  • Step 2: Heat the milk in a small saucepan, and add the bacon and butter.

  • Step 3: Add the vinegar; this will turn the milk to cheese. Simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the sauce is smooth.

  • Step 4: Boil your favorite pasta al dente.

  • Step 5: Drain, and return to pan.

  • Step 6: Immediately add the eggs, bacon sauce and the cheese.

  • Step 7: Add salt and pepper, toss and serve.
