Step 1: Preheat oven to 325f.
Step 2: Combine the first 9 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, remove & cool.
Step 3: Place turkey breast on a rack in a roaster. Baste with the cooled butter herb mixture.
Step 4: Cover & bake for 1 1/2 hours or until the juices run clear, internal temp 170f.
Step 5: Baste frequently with the remaining herb butter mixture.
Step 6: Let the breast rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
