  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 pound cooked roast beef (shaved)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 hoagie (4 ounces) bread rolls
  • 1/2 cup au jus sauce (hot)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat butter. Add onion and bell pepper. When softened add beef on top; place cheese on top of beef. Cover; cook until cheese has melted.
