Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 tablespoons chili powder (red chili powder, do NOT use chili powder, which is most often used for chili - this is already of blend of spices - you want pure red chili powder)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika (smoked)
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Seasoning ... Mix everything together in a small bowl. Store in small spice jars; or, a small mason jar.

  • Step 2: It is really a nice all purpose Mexican based seasoning. You can always customize it - but, this is my GO TO blend.
