Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted or use margerine
  • 1 1/4 cups black bean salsa
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 18 medium prawns, cooked, cleaned, shells and tails off
  • 3 large cloves garlic smashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup dry fried onions, like french's
  • 1 3/4 cups mozzarella cheese or your favorite cheese
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400f

  • Step 2: Paint the top of each tortilla with butter. be sure to paint right out to the edges

  • Step 3: Stack one tortilla on top of the other, press firmly together and place on your pizza pan

  • Step 4: Spread on the black bean salsa on top of the tortilla stack bringing it right out to the edges

  • Step 5: Spread on the crab and prawns, then add the onions and garlic

  • Step 6: Next add the cheese evenly over the top

  • Step 7: Pop in to the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown - enjoy!
