Step 1: In a small bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients, through pepper.
Step 2: Pat pork dry with paper towels and rub spice mixture all over.
Step 3: Spread the onion and garlic over bottom of crock-pot and place the pork on top.
Step 4: In a small bowl mix together the BBQ sauce, cider, chicken broth, honey and Worcestershire sauce; pour over pork.
Step 5: Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours.
Step 6: Remove pork from cooker; set aside.
Step 7: With a spoon, skim off as much fat from the liquid in the cooker.
Step 8: Increase temperature to high.
Step 9: Using 2 forks, shred pork and return to cooker; cover and cook for another hour.
Step 10: Preheat reserved liquid.
Step 11: Serve pulled pork on buns with your favourite coleslaw.
