Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces fresh cauliflower (combined broccoli)
  • 12 ounces fresh broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 6 bacon sliced (cooked crumbled)
  • 4 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup small shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix cauliflower/broccoli, onion, bacon, Velveeta cheese, sour cream, shrimp, salt and pepper together raw.

  • Step 2: Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour covered.

  • Step 3: I would add the shrimp for the last 15 minutes so it doesn't get rubbery and I would cook the bacon first; your choice.
