Step 1: Saute bacon; remove.
Step 2: Saute onion in bacon fat until translucent. Add garlic. Add thawed cauliflower. Add back bacon; mix.
Step 3: In another bowl mix eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper, paprika, and Swiss cheese; mix.
Step 4: Drain fat on veggies.
Step 5: Pour veggies into casserole dish .
Step 6: Pour sour cream mixture over veggies.
Step 7: Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
