Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 5 bacon slices (minced)
  • 2 yellow onions, chopped (I used 1 large one)
  • 4 garlic cloves, mashed
  • 16 ounces cauliflower (frozen, thawed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill, optional
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute bacon; remove.

  • Step 2: Saute onion in bacon fat until translucent. Add garlic. Add thawed cauliflower. Add back bacon; mix.

  • Step 3: In another bowl mix eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper, paprika, and Swiss cheese; mix.

  • Step 4: Drain fat on veggies.

  • Step 5: Pour veggies into casserole dish .

  • Step 6: Pour sour cream mixture over veggies.

  • Step 7: Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
