Step 5: Add shaved roast beef to au jus and heat.
Step 6: Dip top of sandwich, on the bottom side, with juice.
Step 7: Stack beef, divided into fourths, onto bottom of sandwich.
Step 8: Top roast beef with a little horseradish.
