  • 1 can (16 ounce) sliced beets
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar (sherry wine vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • Salt (large crystal sea salt, to taste)
  • Pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Layer on plate leaving as much of each slice exposed as possible. in 3 lines

  • Step 2: Mince garlic and sprinkle over the beets, put parsley over beets in straight line

  • Step 3: And, then sprinkle garlic.

  • Step 4: Drizzle vinegar and oil over the top.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle with sea salt, crushing the crystals as you go.

  • Step 6: Pepper to taste.

  • Step 7: Serve immediately.
