  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 3 yellow onions, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 can (28 ounce) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cans (24 ounce) pasta sauce (Unico Garlic Pasta Sauce)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown meat with 2 of the 3 onions and garlic cloves in large sauce pot.

  • Step 2: Drain fata nd add remaining ingredients to pot; mix well.

  • Step 3: Cover and place in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 2 hours.

  • Step 4: Lower heat to 275 degrees Fahrenheit, stir and cook for another 2 hours.
