Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup salsa verde (any jarred sauce; or homemade; RecipeZazz #10023 is very good by Bergy - and what I used)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 scallions, diced (white and green parts)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 package (0.4 ounce) ranch dressing mix
  • Hot sauce, to taste
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garnish
  • Extra scallions and cilantro

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dip ... Add everything to a small bowl and mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate 30-60 minutes to let the flavors develop.

  • Step 2: Serve and ENJOY! ... Garnish with extra scallions and cilantro if you want; then, serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables. This is also really good as a dip with chicken wings too!
