Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°.
Step 2: Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
Step 3: In a large skillet add 3 tablespoons butter and melt on medium heat. Whisk in flour, stirring continually to cook the flour a bit, about 2 minutes.
Step 4: Whisk in the milk and seasonings.
Step 5: Stir until thickened. When it thickens, add the cheese and stir to combine.
Step 6: Remove from heat and stir in the drained noodles, sauerkraut and kielbasa into the cheese gravy.
Step 7: Pour casserole into a lightly greased 9x13 pan or similar. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top and dot casserole with 1 tablespoon butter cut into very small pieces. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve!
