Step 2: Pulse the processor until they are finely chopped
Step 3: Add the watermelon and tomatoes then continue pulsing just until the watermelon is nearly liquefied about 10-15 mins.
Step 4: Add the vinegar, olive oil and sugar, then pulse several times to blend.
Step 5: Stir in salt and pepper
Step 6: Stir in just enough sriracha to add tang
Step 7:
Step 8: Serve at room temp
