Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2: Place fish in single layer in baking dish.
Step 3: Season with salt and pepper; set aside.
Step 4: In small saucepan, heat butter and oil over medium low heat.
Step 5: Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
Step 6: Add parsley and lemon juice, remove from heat.
Step 7: Pour over fillets.
Step 8: Bake for 12-14 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
