Step 1: Place the ground beef, green chilies, ketchup, mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, dried oregano and salt in a large non-stick skillet cook over medium-high heat until beef is browned, about 15 minutes.
Step 2: Meanwhile, remove the gills and stems from the mushrooms and wipe them clean.
Step 3: Add the rice and parmesan cheese to the cooked meat mixture and stuff the mushrooms using all the meat mixture.
Step 4: Place the mushrooms, stuffed sides up on a baking pan and top with the cheese slices.
Step 5: Place under the broiler on the top shelf of the oven for 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted and is slightly browned.
Step 6: Allow to cool a couple of minutes.
Step 7: Enjoy!
