Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 cups watermelon, cut into chunks or balls
  • 1 pint baby tomatoes (heirloom, halved)
  • 1/3 cup red onion, silvered
  • 1/3 cup basil, torn
  • 4 cups baby kale
  • 3 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large salad bowl combine first 4 ingredients (watermelon - basil). Place greens and goat cheese on top of watermelon mixture.

  • Step 3: Drizzle dressing over salad and toss.
