  • 1 whole (4 pound) chicken
  • SPICE MIX
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all spice mix together; rub all over chicken on the inside also.

  • Step 2: Put on chicken holder.

  • Step 3: Bake for 2 hours on 375 until done to your liking (I like mine really done).
