Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 to 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 6 bacon slices, (cooked - optional)
  • 1 banana, sliced thin (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Separate the eggs.

  • Step 2: Beat whites until stiff.

  • Step 3: Mix dry ingredients together.

  • Step 4: Add vinegar to milk.

  • Step 5: Put oil and egg yolks into flour add milk and vanilla. Stir in milk add enough to make batter. Fold in whites

  • Step 6: Pour onto hot Pam sprayed waffle iron. If using bacon add in strips cross ways will cook around. Cook until done can freeze for later.
