Step 1: Mix all together except eggs. Taste for sweetness, adjust to taste.
Step 2: Add eggs and blend into mixture.
Step 3: Put batter in silicone or regular muffin tins, in water bath.
Step 4: Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 20 minutes (do not brown).
Step 5: Turn off oven, prop open door slightly, leave 1 hour until cool.
Step 6: Refrigerate overnight (tastes best when set and cold).
Step 7: Top with sugar free topping such as SF chocolate/caramel, etc. and whipping cream.
