Ingredients

  • 1 pound cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free sweetener (liquid or granulated, optional flavored)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • TOPPING
  • 2 tablespoon sugar-free topping
  • Whipped cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all together except eggs. Taste for sweetness, adjust to taste.

  • Step 2: Add eggs and blend into mixture.

  • Step 3: Put batter in silicone or regular muffin tins, in water bath.

  • Step 4: Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 20 minutes (do not brown).

  • Step 5: Turn off oven, prop open door slightly, leave 1 hour until cool.

  • Step 6: Refrigerate overnight (tastes best when set and cold).

  • Step 7: Top with sugar free topping such as SF chocolate/caramel, etc. and whipping cream.
