  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 cup light cream
  • 1/4 cup havarti cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup fontina cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmasan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
