  • 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
  • 3/4 cup pesto sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Season the tenderloin with salt & pepper

  • Step 2: Rub the pesto sauce on all sides of the tenderloin.

  • Step 3: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap

  • Step 4: Place in fridge overnight or for about 12 hours

  • Step 5: Pre-heat oven to 375F

  • Step 6: Roast the pork for apprx 45 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 160f

  • Step 7: Let it rest for 5 minutes, slice and serve
