Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/4 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce (I use VH brand)
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 4 to 5 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1/4 cup prepared minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, catsup, garlic and brown sugar in a saucepan.

  • Step 2: Bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 3: Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes.

  • Step 4: Stir in the ginger and liquid smoke, simmer another 5 minutes; remove from heat.

  • Step 5: Pour into a mason jar and let cool completely.

  • Step 6: Keep refrigerated.

  • Step 7: Enjoy!
