  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the cauliflower in a large bowl with the garlic. Mix together the salt, rosemary, pepper, with 2 tablespoons of oil and drizzle onto the cauliflower; mix until coated. Add more oil if needed.

  • Step 2: Place the mixture into one or two roasting pans in a single layer, and roast in a preheated 450 degree oven for 20 to 35 minutes, tossing once during the roasting. The finished dish should be browned on the edges; watch carefully at the end in case it gets too brown.
