Step 1: Cut the trimmed sprouts in half, cut crosswise in thin slices.
Step 2: Stir fry the sprouts in a large non stick skillet (medium High) for 3 minutes until just browned.
Step 3: Keep stirring so the sprouts don't burn.
Step 4: Add oil and toss.
Step 5: Add garlic, ginger, onion, cook 2 minutes, stirring.
Step 6: Season with salt & pepper.
Step 7: Add water, cover, cook over medium heat for a further 2 minutes or until the veggies are tender.
Step 8: Serve.
