Step 1: In a saucepan combine the peanut butter with honey and brown sugar; cook stirring over medium-low heat until the sugar has completely dissolved (about 2 minutes) then mix in vanilla.
Step 2: Mix in the oats to the peanut butter mixture, then mix in the nuts, coconut and cranberries.
Step 3: Cool for about 5 minutes or until just cool enough to handle.
Step 4: Using slightly damp hands shape into bite sized balls and refrigerate.
Step 5: For a softer texture remove from refrigerator about 5 minutes before serving.
