Step 1: Sprinkle chicken with season salt and pepper.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
Step 3: Sauté chicken on both sides until golden brown.
Step 4: Remove to warm serving platter.
Step 5: In the same pan sauté mushrooms, 1 or 2 minutes.
Step 6: Add wine, cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7: Add capers, just to heat.
Step 8: Pour mixture over chicken.
