Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/3 cup oil (olive oil)
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 breasts, pounded to 1/4 inch)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/3 pound fresh mushroom (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 1/2 cup white wine

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sprinkle chicken with season salt and pepper.

  • Step 2: Heat olive oil in a frying pan.

  • Step 3: Sauté chicken on both sides until golden brown.

  • Step 5: In the same pan sauté mushrooms, 1 or 2 minutes.

  • Step 6: Add wine, cook for 2 minutes.

  • Step 7: Add capers, just to heat.

  • Step 8: Pour mixture over chicken.
