Ingredients

  • GREEN GODDESS BUTTER
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened (1 stick)
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon minced lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • RED PEPPER BUTTER
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened (1 stick)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped roasted red peppers (drain jarred peppers blot dry with a paper towel or fresh roasted peppers done yourself)
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced scallions
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • RASPBERRY BUTTER
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup dehydrated raspberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
