Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 containers (16 ounces each) containers sour cream
  • 2 boxes (1.5 ounces each) Jell-O Instant Vanilla pudding mix (or two 3.4 ounce) boxes Jell-O Instant French Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk (or 1-2 tablespoons of cream, if needed)
  • 2 quarts strawberries (fresh large, whole, hulled)
  • 4 cups cubed cantaloupe (1 whole, peeled, then cubed into 2" pieces, or 1 honeydew melon)
  • 3 cups diced pineapple (1 fresh whole pineapple, cut off outer layer, then sliced into 2" pieces)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spoon out the sour cream into a large bowl.

  • Step 2: Add pudding mixes, and mix together well. If sour cream is really thick add milk or cream to thin out just a little. (This is a rather thick dip that you spread on to your fruit,), so don't thin it out too much. Spoon into a serving dish and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Step 3: Hull the strawberries, slice the outer skin on your pineapple, and peel the skin of your cantaloupe. Cut up the fruit according to directions above. Store in a serving dish, and keep chilled in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
