  • 1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts (trimmed and quartered)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1 1/2 pounds red onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with foil.

  • Step 2: Spread sprouts on prepared pan and toss with oil.

  • Step 3: Roast for 10-15 minutes.

  • Step 4: Add onions to pan, toss, and roast for another 10 minutes.

  • Step 5: Drizzle with the vinegar, toss and roast another 2 minutes.

  • Step 6: Transfer to serving dish and toss with salt and pepper.
