Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon prepared minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Remove and discard the stem, ribs and seeds from the peppers and chop the pepper into 1 inch pieces.

  • Step 2: Peel onion and chop into 1 inch pieces.

  • Step 3: Mix everything together in a large bowl and allow to marinate for about 4 hours.

  • Step 4: Place the peppers and onions on skewers alternately.

  • Step 5: Place on grill over direct medium-high heat until done to your desired consistency. (I like mine a la dente and leave them one for about 6 minutes turning them around every 2 minutes).
